Company Introduction

We were established in 2013. We are a manufacturer specializing in biodegradable products in pulp molding in Dongguan, China.
In 2013, KINYI was founded by Mr. Kevin He. It is a research and development company engaged in the development of pulp molding packaging. In 2017, after years of industry experience, KINYI began its own production facilities to meet the rapid growth needs. In 2021, KINYI established a second manufacturing plant and its own mold manufacturing department to further expand the scale. We use renewable sugarcane residue, bamboo fibers and recycled paper as raw materials. First, the materials are mixed with water and pulped into a slurry, and then the slurry is formed into different products under high temperature and high pressure. No harmful substances are added during production, and there is no wastewater or gas. All our pulp molding products can decompose in the soil within a short period of time (approximately 3 months). They are good alternatives to plastic products.
We offer customized services, accept low minimum order quantities, can quickly develop prototypes, and shorten the development time. Our engineers have over 10 years of experience in the pulp molding industry. We have 2 affiliated factories, including 3 main production systems, such as dry and wet sugarcane pulp and dry-reclaimed pulp, which are flexibly combined according to actual circumstances.
We have been collaborating with customers from North America, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Japan, South Korea, and many others from all over the world. Currently, KINYI has obtained FSC, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications; all products have passed FDA, REACH and ROHS tests.
